Newport Diversified, Inc., is a multi-faceted organization with emphasis in recreation and entertainment.  It owns and operates several units in Southern California.

• The Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet is a fairly large outdoor market place where you will find discount merchandise and services from almost seven hundred vendors.  It also has live entertainment, food, beverage, and rides for kids. 
   

• Parkway Bowl is a modern 62 lanes bowling alley offering open leagues, cosmic bowling, and special events.  Food and beverage are also provided on the premises.
   

• The Boardwalk - adjacent to the Parkway Bowl - is a large indoors family entertainment center offering the latest in arcade video games, laser tag, a carousel, and other rides. It also has a full pizza restaurant and party rooms for special occasions.  
   

• Primetime Amusement and San Diego Games Street Route have a wide variety of the latest video games on location at various retail, educational, military and entertainment facilities throughout the Southern California area.
